• Review: I am so frustrated with companies, such as Crane, selling unreliable products. This humidifier, during the brief time it worked, looked nice in our child's room and created a fine, cool mist. Then, after approximately a half dozen uses, the mist simply stopped. I could hear the fan, but the element was not creating any mist. My wife and I liked the humidifier during it's brief life so, after returning the broken humidifier, we purchased another one (same model). The new unit lasted one week and then the fan stopped working. The element still created the mist; however, because the fan didn't work, the unit essentially became a large paper weight. We take very good care of the items we purchased. This thing literally broke while it was just sitting on a flat surface. This humidifier is a complete waste of money. Do NOT buy this item.

• Review: I purchased this when my 6 year old started to get nose bleeds do to the dryness of the air in our home. My son loves the look of it, I love how simple it is to use, and how quiet it is. It has worked great, and we have no more nose bleeds!! It also arrived two days after I ordered it, even with a snow delay!!

• Review: I bought a penguin now a few months ago in the beginning of the winter. My room is in the half basement where the furnace is located and gets very dry when it runs in the winter and this little guy pumps up the enough moisture into the air for me. Great product and very easy to use. Fill up the tank and it will last a good full week.

• Review: we ordered the elephant crane humidifier and at first wasn't sure what to expect but when we tried, we were amazed with how quiet it is and how much moisture we see coming out of the spout. this is our third humidifier and the first one that really worked well for us! I highly recommend it. it is just a little pain to clean the water container. It is also so cute that my daughter loves it.

• Review: We got the frog first and were so impressed with it, we went to get another one for our other son. Target was out of the frog, so we went with the elephant. Every night for a week, after running for a while, the light would turn red and stop working. We packed it up and returned it to the store, where they said it was the 3rd elephant THAT DAY that was returned. I don't know if I really believe them, but it helped me feel more justified that it wasn't user error. They were still out of the frog, so we got the penguin. This is the best one! It's very effective in producing the mist, so it's great to have the knob that controls the strength of the mist. And a sidenote: the penguin and the frog have switches on the back to turn them on and off; the elephant does not and needs to be unplugged to be turned off. The Crane humidifiers are great products overall and so cute! Just don't get the elephant. :)
